What are your qualifications?

I am a member of the Professional Writers Alliance.

I am an Elite member of the American Writers and Artists Institute.

I have completed several different programs & certifications within this school including Website Content Audits Certification.

I have completed 8 different college/university programs which all required writing of many different kinds.

How does being an English teacher matter with content writing?

As a Canadian Native English speaker, you are guaranteed that I will have an excellent sense of all idioms, expressions, grammar, spelling, and more in English.

As a writer, this allows me to complete my writing quicker as I have a strong grasp of the English language and English grammar.

I have a strong sense of the tone, connotations, and formal versus informal English.

What is content writing?

I write the text for your website, blogs, emails, and more. This writing will be tailored to your desired guests and customers. This writing will be persuasive, engaging, specific, and increase sales for your business.

I can increase the flow of your website or content. I can increase the clarity so it is easy to follow, book & buy!

How are meetings & classes held?

All meetings & classes are online through Zoom. Zoom is a free download, and free to use.

I know what your ideal customers want because I am your ideal customer and guest, and I have been for years!

I have a passion for all things in your travel, tourism & hospitality industry. I can write from the perspective of your guests & future guests checking out your business; and from the perspective of experiencing your business too!

What are your qualifications to teach English?

I am a Canadian, and Internationally certified English Teacher.

I have a Bachelor of Education in Adult Aboriginal Education, a Diploma in Teaching English as a Second Language, a Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language, and a Certificate in Teaching English as an Additional Language Online.

I have taught in a public school in Canada for 10 years

What is the format of the English classes?

All English classes are online through Zoom. Zoom is a free download, and free to use.

You can 1-1 classes or join with a small group.

In general, classes are 1 hour long, but this can be adjusted.

How do I receive the digital products from the shop?

Once you buy something from the shop that is a digital product, you will be sent an email with the downloadable product.

Why should I take your English courses?

These courses will improve your English skills which can lead to better communication, customer service, a higher level of trust, which all leads to success.., and maybe even that job that you have been trying for!

As a Canadian Native speaker who has grown up living in Canada, I know English intuitively. I am Canadian & internationally certified to teach English.

I have created these courses based on my experiences teaching many students & listening to what they wanted, & watching what worked for them.

How does payment and all communication occur?

All business happens online. Zoom is used for classes & meetings.

There is an online booking system I use for booking classes and consultations that emails you with the link for Zoom.

I use a third party app called Stripe for billing for English classes.

You can pay directly to the shop for the products.

There is a 3rd party international billing system called Stripe which does not allow me to see your payment information. It keeps your payment information safe and secure.
