Hello, this is the refund and return policy for Open Doors With Words products, courses, shop, services, and all parts of Open Doors With Words.
My refund and returns policy lasts 30 days for applicable products or services. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your service must be unused.
Non-returnable items:
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Note: the 50% deposit before starting will not be refunded for any content or content writing projects.
My books are sold through Amazon, any returns will be conducted through Amazon.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the standard timing.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
If you signed up for the wrong course or service, and you have not started it, a credit will be given to you to sign up for the correct course or service. Send me an email at lblack@opendoorswithwords.com.
